How to light a bottle attached in front of the camera?

Hi everyone ! How are you?

I need to light a glass bottle of alcohol that will be attached in front of a moving camera like this extract: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ingoi–lKM

This is my bottle:

1 – I would like to avoid the reflection of the camera in the bottle. I thought about putting black cardboard around and above the camera to avoid its reflection in the bottle. what do you think ?

2 – Since the bottle will be in motion, I plan to place several backlights along its path to maintain the orange color of the liquid. I also want to highlight the logo, label, and curves of the bottle with diffused light from the front. Would it be useful to attach CRLS mirrors to the camera to use my backlights to illuminate the front of the bottle? Do you have other ideas or similar experiences?
