Daniel, the Veria 200D is the ECN-2 version of Portra 400. You can buy the film in the stills format either as Portra 400 (sold by Kodak Alaris) or as Ektacolor 400 (sold by Eastman Kodak). Both are the same film.
In the end credits of Euphoria the stock is even credited as Portra (and not Verita).
What I understand is C41 stocks need to have one stop more exposure to get you the same negative density in ECN-2. Hence, Portra, which is a 400 speed film became a 200 speed film in its ECN-2 version.
