What color gels to achieve the teal-blue moonlight of True Grit / No Country

Always struck by the richness of the blues contrasting with the warmth of practicals in True Grit and in No Country For Old Men.

I’m curious what sorts of gels are used for the moonlight to achieve this look? Simple CTB?

The night scenes in ‘True Grit’ were lit using HMI l.amps and tungsten balanced film stock. I was using Musco lights for the large night scenes in ‘NCFOM’, which are similarly cool lamps, whilst also HMI lamps for other night scenes.
