Prisoners basement lighting

I love this scene and the use of minimal lighting. I want to shoot in a similar location with minimal lighting (flashlight being one). Can you describe the setup for this scene and what was used? Did you use a bounce board to pair with the flashlight?

I used just the flashlight in the basement itself and a warm bounce coming down from above. The camera saw the entire space so there was no way to use anything else, not that I needed it.
