360 degree swing body cam rig

Personally, I don’t see why you would use a rig like that rather than a Steadicam. There is some very distracting movement in the shot.

I can see what you mean about the “unique” feel, but honestly, the rapid 360-degree swings make it feel a bit disorienting—probably what Roger meant by distracting. I think the effect could work in short bursts or for stylistic purposes, but for sustained shots, it might take the viewer out of the scene. If you want a smoother look while still getting that full rotation, you might try combining a lightweight body cam rig with some digital stabilization in post, or even experiment with slow, controlled swings rather than full-speed rotations. Kind of like leveling up in Brainrot Clicker – a little patience and control goes a long way before things get messy.
