Question for Roger…I’m sure you’ve been asked this before but here goes. With Moss being killed off half way through No Country, I’m wondering if you and/or the brothers ever wrote, storyboarded, or even shot his actual death at the motel? And if it was shot, why was it left out. And if not, why not? Was it meant to be a shift from Moss to the Sheriff POV? Very interesting from a story structure angle. Why these decisions are made, and how can we know they will work for an audience?

Never an option. There is hardly a shot missing from the final cut of NCFOM. Actually can’t think of one right now. The Coen’s only shoot what they script.
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Amazing. They are so sure and confident. Most writer/directors would cover the scene and decide later in the cutting room to include it or not. I know I would. But that’s Just one of the reasons they are so great. You too Roger..great great work on no country and all your films</p>
