Light spilling when cove lighting and darkness/story relation (No replies)
Hello dear Roger and friends,
I DP'd and directed a spec ad recently. When using cove lighting in small places, I always struggle to control spilling. Both there are multiple sources and relatively softer. I take advantage of inverse square law to avoid and flag them as possible as I can. Do you have any other suggestions about it?
I put the link of my spec ad below. Can you spot any continuity problems caused by uncontrolled spilling?
Lastly, I sometimes have a suspicion if I have gone too far about the darkness level even though it fits the story. Dear Roger I'd appreciate to have a comment about the darkness/story relation of the spec.
