There are too many unknown factors to really have a set way, right? Coverage for me would depend on blocking and action of the scene, shot conception, performance, etc. etc.

COVERAGE... nobody but you knows how much or how little to get. Let the story/scene dictate how you shoot it. There is never a right or wrong answer. Only what YOU wish to say about the scene with the coverage you shoot, and how you shoot it.

Maybe, your only coverage is to shoot a side two shot. Its your choice!
