Hi Roger, I know you've gotten a thousand questions over the years about lensing this movie, but I can't find in the forums where this one has been asked.

Do you recall which scenes you'd already shot with the S4's before you'd decided to make the switch over to Master Primes? Did you find a need to make any adjustments in grading to match the little bit I'm guessing you'd shot with the Cookes, to the Masters?

I remember using the S4s for a while as I had less experience of the Master Primes. I think the change came when I was shooting the night scenes and that was what convinced me to change over.

Was there an difference in the grade? Every shot is a little different so to try and make sense of what the lens is doing as opposed to what your exposure is doing or the change in lighting is doing or the photo-chemical development is doing ..... Both lens sets are pretty remarkable in terms of their sharpness and their clarity. I'm not sure I could tell the difference outside of regulated tests.
