No country - Anton Chigurh - Carson Wells (4 replies and 2 comments)
It was certainly simple. What aspect in particular are you asking about?
I am interested in two aspects in particular, first of all I am interested in lighting, what lighting did you use in this scene and how.
And I also wonder which lens you used.
Thank you for reply.
Here's a link to a previous thread about that scene.

Thank you Simon.
I think I was shooting that scene on a 27mm and a 32mm lens. The lighting was really simple, a Tweenie bouncing off some unbleached muslin and a 100 watt bulb in the practical. Both would have been dimmed down to give them some warmth.
Thank you Roger. Your work in movies have become an inspiration to me.
Hello Sir Roger
I'm honored to have the opportunity to ask you a question in person.
I am specifically interested in one scene from no country - when Anton Chigur meets Carlson Wells. I wonder about the lighting nuances of this scene.
It seems very simple when you watch this scene, but it is obvious that genius is in finding this simplicity.
