My name is Abhishek and I'm a Cinematography student in India.
I have worked on various Short Films as a Cinematographer, every time with a different director. There was no specific process, it changed with every Director.
As Cinematographers, We bring the Director's vision on screen. There are Director's that give you the space and there are Director's that are adamant on how to go about a scene visually.
As Freddie Francis quoted "There is Good Cinematography and There is Bad Cinematography and Then there is Cinematography that is RIGHT for the Film."
I wanted to ask, How does one Cinematographer find his/her voice while working on a Film ?
