which one is bestest the interlaced (1920/1080 50i) or the progressive one 24P for shooing projects in HD formate ,do we get the same 1920/1080 high resolution video in final footage after post

it would probably be easier and more informative to research this question yourself, as it is very broad and a matter of opinion. There is a lot of data on the internet regarding the positives and negatives of shooting digital, differing frame rates, and various post production procedures. A good place to start, albeit with a flagrant Final Cut Pro bias is http://forums.creativecow.net/ you will find, amongst all the adverts, a knowledgeable and respectful community of professionals and amateurs with years of archived posts which I'm sure answer the very question you're asking, as well as all follow up queries that will arise.

Also, extensive testing by you is necessary.
